  • Planning permission, permit approvals, DNO approvals
  • Securing finance and grant awards if applicable
  • Agree decarbonisation programme
  • Preparation of detailed proposals: production of drawings, system schematics and specifications
  • Design development: completion of RIBA Stages 2-4
  • Production of timelines and programme of works

A detailed design and strategy ready for customer approval including customer contracts, programme of works and performance guarantees.
